Shandong Sanli, formerly known as Wucheng Fiberglass Machine Factory, was founded in 1984 in Wucheng County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. It is the first fiberglass processing plant in Wucheng County and the first private enterprise registered in Dezhou City.

In 1992, it moved to Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, and established Jinan Lixia Ventilation Fittings Factory, which was the first private enterprise registered in Lixia District of Jinan City, and was later renamed Shandong Sanli Industrial Co., LTD.

In 2022, the business model will be upgraded and the digital development of intelligent manufacturing will be achieved. In 2023, it will become an important intelligent manufacturing sector directly managed by Shandong Guofeng Holding Group.
