Project introduction: Hanyu Golden Valley is located in Jinan TBD area, that is, science and technology business center, which is a regional science and technology financial center built by the provincial and municipal government. It is mispositioned with CBD and is a key construction project during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period of Jinan City.

The urban design of Hanyu Golden Valley by German GMP Architects is integrated with 5A office cluster, flagship business, president's apartment, various types of hotels and urban exhibition halls. The project covers an area of 670 acres, with a total construction area of about 4.2 million square meters and a total investment of about 26 billion yuan. Among them, the 339-meter A5-3 super high-rise is the core element of urban design. Through its ultra-high volume, it leads the visual focus of the whole area. The balcony is shaped like an ancient bronze vessel, which takes meaning to "welcome visitors from all directions" and "gather wealth from all directions".
