Project introduction: The civil aviation Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration zone is located in Chengdu Tianfu International Airport New City, the eastern New District of Chengdu. The demonstration zone is a model of "Bureau and province co-construction" between the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the Sichuan Provincial government. Relying on the Second Research Institute of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Aviation Second Institute"), the project is planned to be constructed in two phases. Among them, the first phase of the project plans to invest about 10.6 billion yuan, covers an area of about 1721 acres, divided into A, B two areas, A area adjacent to the Sancha TOD core area, B area is located in the future science and technology City.
