Project Description: The Future Science City is located in the southern plain of Changping District, Beijing, with a planning area of about 170.6 square kilometers, east to Beijing-Cheng Expressway, bordering Shunyi District, and 10 kilometers away from the capital Airport; South to Huilongnan Road near the village boundary, adjacent to Huilongguan, Tiantongyuan two residential areas, 10 kilometers away from the North Fifth Ring Road: west to Beijing-Xin highway, bordering Haidian District; North to the sixth Ring Road.

As the main platform for Beijing to build an international science and technology innovation center, the future Science City will have the superposition of "three zones" in the future. It will be one of the important policy areas of the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, the main position of the science and technology innovation Zone of the Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone, and the main window of the comprehensive demonstration zone of the national Service industry to expand and open up. It will bring together international innovative enterprises, international research and development institutions and international superior talents, build a good innovation and entrepreneurship ecology, form a livable and business environment, play a radiating role in driving the construction of technological innovation pilot zone, collaborative innovation pilot zone, technical talent gathering area and innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration city, and create a global leading technological innovation highland.
